Deniston Mark Roper Born in Derbyshire in 1951, Mark was educated at
Reading and Oxford Universities. He moved to Ireland in 1980 and
now lives in Co. Kilkenny. Mark has worked as an Adult Education
Tutor at Waterford V.E.C., Kilkenny Liberal Studies Group and Open
University. He is currently Writer in Residence at Waterford Regional
Hospital. His collections include "The Hen Ark" (1990), "Catching
the Light" (1997) and "The Home Fire" (1998). Kerry Hardie Kerry was born in 1951 and grew up in Co. Down. She
studied English at York University and worked for the BBC and Arts
Council of Northern Ireland. She now lives in Co. Kilkenny. Her
published works include "Hannie Bennet's Winter Marriage" (2000),
"Cry for the Hot Belly" (2001) and "The Sky Didn't Fall" (2003).
Edward Deniston Edward was born in Longford in 1956. He studied in
Trinity College, Dublin before moving to Waterford in 1980 where
he teaches at Newtown School. His first collection "The Point Of
